Coming northbound, turn left on to Boston post road. Drive approximately one mile and the location will be on your right hand side.
Coming southbound, turn right on to Boston post road. The destination will be approximately 1 mile down on the right hand side.
Things you will pass: fresh market, Texaco, Rocco’s on Wooster pizza.
The sign is green and you will see “2351: Granite hill”; you may also see our sandwich board sign.
We are building number 4, unit 403. Please park anywhere along the building.
Just as a reminder, Centrality wellness is an out of network clinic. This means that We are not directly contracted with any insurance plans, but can provide a detailed superbill receipt (or superbill) that you can send in to your insurance for potential reimbursement if your plan allows this. All appointments are one on one & services potentially may be covered under your out-of-network physical therapy benefits if that is part of your plan. We recommend reaching out to your specific carrier to ask questions about reimbursement if this is something you are interested in doing. We also always recommend following up with your insurance carrier to see what their reimbursement policy is.
Your plan will be individualized for you and so will your frequency. Typically visits are weekly at most.
